    Zhao, Xiaohai (ÕÔÏþº£) is CEO, Member of the Board of Directors, and a founder of Chinalawinfo Co., Ltd. He graduated from Peking University, where he majored in economic law and, in 1989, received an LL.B. After graduation, he stayed at the university to engage in research and to teach courses in legal information. He received an LL.M. in jurisprudence from the university in 1996. He began to develop legal information databases in 1987. In 1995, he served as Director of the Center for Legal Information of Peking University and created the earliest legal database in China: www.chinalawinfo.com. In 1996, he helped found Chinalawinfo Co., Ltd."

    Jun Zhao Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University Vice Dean, Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University Head of Research Institute of International Law, Zhejiang University Jun Zhao is a professor at Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University. He currently serves as the Vice Dean of Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University as well as the Head of Research Institute of International law, Zhejiang University. He earned his J.D. at Cornell Law School, LL.M. at Harvard Law School, and LL.B. at Zhejiang University. Before joining Guanghua Law School, he was a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School, East Asian Legal Studies. He also worked as a lawyer at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo P.C. and Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He has published widely on international economic law and comparative law in top journals. He is a Director of Chinese Society of International Law and Chinese Society of International Economic Law. He also serves as a Vice President of International Law Section, Law Society of Zhejiang Province.

  • The Research on Digital Exploitation and Utilization of Procuratorial Literature
    Tingsong Jiang, having gotten a master degree from Peking University majoring in civil and commercial law, now is in charge of the China¡¯s Procuatorial Literature Center as the sublibrarian of the National Prosecutors College. He published more than ten papers in the academic publication and won first prize in the 11th China¡¯s Law Youth Forum.
