With China’s entry into the stage of vigorous development and application of the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, the application of legal big data has become a hot topic. In legislation, a series of policies and regulations have been issued to promote the application and development of legal big data. In judiciary efforts, the Supreme People’s Court has rolled out four information disclosure platforms, and the National Judges College has established a large-scale digital library. In academics, there is a tendency of empirical study, and more and more legal scholars now conduct research and analysis by applying cases. Against the backdrop of the increasingly prominent role of the Internet + Law in legal academic research, it requires a lot of thoughts and efforts to expand and upgrade the services of law libraries.
