Tingsong Jiang, having gotten a master degree from Peking University majoring in civil and commercial law, now is in charge of the China¡¯s Procuatorial Literature Center as the sublibrarian of the National Prosecutors College. He published more than ten papers in the academic publication and won first prize in the 11th China¡¯s Law Youth Forum. |
The procuratorial literature introducing a plenty of relevant knowledge and information promotes the development of the procuratorial theories and practice. Therefore the exploitation and utilization of procuratorial literature will provide more intellectual support for the procuratorial development and innovation. The author researched on the zero-level and non-zero-level digital exploitation and utilization of the procuratorial literature through analyzing its characteristics, content and extent and also put forward an idea that the unification of the digital exploitation and utilization would improve the value of the procuratorial literature under the background of the big data. The author suggested to make the procuratorial literature into the educational resources and materials to serve the public according to their own situations and requirements so that the procuratorial information would be comprehended and improved.
