Open access based on the concept of "free, open, sharing" has received wide attention in the USA and Europe where there are relatively rich research and active practices. With such influence factors as policy, culture, technology, capital, the development of open access in China encounters some realistic problems. The author aims to display the current situation of open access in legal scholarship resources, to discuss its characteristics and influence factors, and gather some important open access resources of legal resources. Open access as a new transmission and communication mode of scholarship information should receive more attention of law faculty, publishers, and law librarians, so as to promote research and practice development of open access in China.
