Deputy director of the Legislative Reference Service Department of the National Library of China, associate research librarian, also serves as the Vice President of the Law Libraries and Legal Information Research Society of Beijing Law Society, and also the General Secretary of the central state organs branch of the Chinese Library Association. With interdisciplinary background: Bachelor degree of law and graduate degree of Software Engineering. Deputy director Bai YunFeng has been mainly engaged in reference consulting, legislative decision-making services and so on. Participate in multiple research and work projects of the Steering Committee for Academic Libraries of China(SCAL) and the library of China, and had 2 books already published. Independently or jointly published more than 10 papers also.

    【Abstract】The providing of the legal information for government decision-making service has been deeply improved by the internet.With the background of booming of information as well as the multiple ways for us to choose how to get the information,it’s a tough thing for the library to change themselves to provide more accurate、detailed and professional leagle products.As well as it has been a important research subject for the Legislative Reference Service of the Ntional Library of China.In the day of running the country in accordance to law,gvernment decision making have law basis becoming a nesseary thing and is a symbol of the scientific and reasonable policies.The National Library of China is a link to the colleage libraries、enterprises and the government,it has become the distribution center and the processing center,with the constantly exploration,the Library’s legislative reference service has become a professional symbol of ”Accurate, efficient and professional”.
